BACK-TO-SCHOOL WIN 1-of-40 $25 WHITCOULLS Shore City GIFT VOUCHERS

  1. The Promoter is Shore City Shopping Centre PTY Limited (Shore City) located at the corner of 52 – 56 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
  2. The Promotion is called “BACK-TO-SCHOOL WIN 1-of-40 $25 WHITCOULLS Shore City GIFT VOUCHERS”.
  3. SPEND A MINIMUM of $25 IN ONE TRANSACTION at WHITCOULLS, SMIGGLE, MINISO, OR CHOCKA BUCKET Shore City retailer and BE IN TO WIN 1-of-40 $25 WHITCOULLS SHORE CITY GIFT VOUCHERS.
  4. The Promotional Period is from 9:00 AM Tuesday 4 February 2025 to 9 PM for physical entries (11:5:59 for online entries) Thursday 6 February 2025 inclusive.
  5. Information on the 1-of-40 $25 Whitcoulls Shore City Gift Voucher Prizes and how to get a chance to win them form part of these conditions of entry.
  6. Customers will be asked for first name, suburb, how did you hear about the promotion, are you a Shore City VIP member for internal use only.
  7. ENTER ONLINE OR FILL OUT AN ENTRY FORM at our Service Desk or Reception with proof of purchase.
  8. Customers MUST ATTACH their Shore City participating retailer RECEIPT with single transaction spend of at least $25 during the promotional period WITH THE ENTRY FORM and drop it in the competition barrel by the Customer Service Desk Level 2 to be in for a chance to win 1-of-40 $25 Whitcoulls Shore City $25 Gift Vouchers.
  9. Minimum $25 purchase in one transaction excludes all gift cards from participating retailers and Layby instalment (except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period. 
  10.  Limit one entry per transaction of at least $25 per person, per participating retailer, per day (not for multiples of $25 in a single receipt, e.g., a $50 purchase does not qualify for two entries).
  11.  Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  12.  The Whitcoulls Shore City Gift Vouchers are valid with a minimum purchase of $25 off any purchase made at Whitcoulls Shore City only for $25 off the total price. 
  13.  The $25 Whitcoulls Shore City Gift Voucher must be used by Friday 28th Friday 2025 on one purchase. Unspent Whitcoulls Shore City gift vouchers will not be accepted by Whitcoulls Shore City after this date. 
  14.  The $25 Whitcoulls Shore City Gift Voucher cannot be combined (e.g. two times $25 Gift Vouchers from two different recipients’ who redeemed against their $25 purchase) for a single purchase during the promotion period.
  15. The Promoter, the owners and managers of Shore City and their employees and contractors; participating retailers and their Shore City employees, contractors, and their immediate families; or any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter and Shore City Shopping Centre are not eligible to enter.
  16. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
  17. Receipts will not be accepted by mail.
  18. The New World Metro Shore City Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable and is non-transferable.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a variation in the value of the vouchers or the suitability of the voucher for its intended purpose and the customer accepts the voucher on an as is basis.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
  21. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury that may arise in any way from the use of the New World Metro Shore City Gift Vouchers or the conduct of the promotion. The customer must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter due to any loss, damage or arising out of this Promotion.
  22. The Promoter agrees to keep all personal details confidential obtained by the Promotion during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used by the Promoter only.
  23. Under the Privacy Act we must tell you when we collect personal information about you and how we will use it. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you have provided for conducting this competition and for advertising Shore City.
  24. The distribution of vouchers is at the discretion of Shore City Management and no further correspondence will be entered into.
