Bed Bath N' Table Colouring Competition - April 2025

The Promoter is Shore City Shopping Centre, located at the corner of 52–56 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland.

The Promotion is called "Bed Bath N' Table Colouring Competition - April 2025."

1. Promotion Dates:
 The Promotional Period runs from Saturday, 12th April 2025 to Sunday, 27th April 2025.

2. Eligibility:
 This competition is open to children aged 10 years or under as of the start of the Promotional Period. To participate, the entrant must be within the age range specified above.

3. Entry Requirements:
 To be eligible for the competition, participants must submit the following information with their entry:

  • Full Name of the Participant.
  • Date of Birth of the Participant.
  • Parent/Caregiver's Full Name.
  • Parent/Caregiver's Contact Details (phone number and/or email address).

This information must be provided on the back of colouring in competition. Incomplete entries will be deemed ineligible.

4. Prizes:
 There are a total of 20 prizes available in the competition:

  • 1 of 10 Bobbie Plush Bunnies.
  • 1 of 10 Kids’ Hooded Ponchos.
     Additionally, the parent/caregiver of the top 4 winning entrants will receive a $25 Bed Bath N’ Table Voucher.
     All prizes are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

5. How to Enter:

  • Participants must submit their completed colouring competition entry via the competition entry barrels located in Shore City Shopping Centre.
  • Each participant may submit one entry only and MUST include child name and date of birth and the parent/caregiver’s full name and contact details.
  • By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions of the competition.

6. Judging and Winner Selection:

  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, effort, and overall design.
  • The top 10 entries will receive the Bobbie Plush Bunny prize, and the next 10 will win the Kids' Hooded Poncho.
  • The top 4 winning participants will also receive a $25 Bed Bath N' Table Voucher for their parent/caregiver.
  • The judging panel's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Draw:

  • The prize draw will take place on Monday, 29th April 2025.
  • Winners will be selected and notified after the draw, using the contact details provided with their entry.
  • The winners will be contacted by phone or email to arrange prize collection.

8. Entry Period:
 Entries must be submitted to the competition entry barrels located in Shore City Shopping Centre during the Promotional Period from 12th April to 27th April 2025. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.

9. Responsibility:
 The Promoter, the owners and managers of Shore City Shopping Centre, and participating retailers, their employees, contractors, and immediate families are not eligible to participate in the competition.

10. No Responsibility for Late or Misdirected Entries:
 Entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

11. General Terms:

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
  • The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participation in this competition or the use of the prize.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any variations in the value of the prizes.
  • Participants agree to release the Promoter from any liability in connection with this competition.

12. Privacy:
 By entering, the participant (and their parent or caregiver) agrees to the collection of personal information, including their full name, date of birth, parent/caregiver’s name, and contact details, which will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying winners. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

13. Miscellaneous:

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at its sole discretion.
  • Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the Promoter in accordance with applicable New Zealand law.
