Shore City Super Weekend Festival 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
PRIZE GRAB MACHINE

  1. The Promoter is Shore City Shopping Centre PTY Limited (Shore City) located at the corner of 52 – 56 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
  2. The Promotion is called “SHORE CITY SUPER WEEKEND FESTIVAL”.  SPEND $30 OR MORE IN ONE TRANSACTION AT ANY PARTICIPATING SHORE CITY RETAILER to RECEIVE A CHANCE TO TRY TO WIN A PRIZE FROM THE GRAB MACHINE.
  3. Shoppers who spend $30 or more in one transaction will have the chance to win exciting prizes from our PRIZE GRAB Machine, including one of 100 x $10 Shore City Gift Cards placed in the machine daily throughout the 4-day event.
  4. The Promotional Period is from 9:00AM Thursday  17 October 2024 to 5PM Sunday 20 October 2024  while prizes last.
  5. Information on prizes  and how to receive them form part of these conditions of entry.
  6. Customers will be asked for first name, suburb, how did you hear about the promotion, are you a Shore City VIP member for internal use only.
  7. Customers MUST present their Shore City retailer receipt with single transaction spend of $30 and more  during the promotional period to the Customer Service Desk Level 2 to receive a chance to win a prize from the Grab Machine. 
  8. $30 purchase and over in one transaction excludes all gift cards, mobile phone top-ups or bills, cash-out, Layby instalment (except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period), and Lotto receipts from New World Metro. 
  9. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  10. Shoppers who spend $30 or more in one transaction will have the chance to win exciting prizes from our PRIZE GRAB Machine, including one of 100 x $10 Shore City Gift Cards placed in the machine daily throughout the 4-day event. There is a total of 400 X $10 Shore City Gift Cards and prizes provided by Shore City Retailers for the promotion period. Once prize stock and Shore City Gift Cards is exhausted the promotion will conclude. Physical product prizes will be printed on paper and enclosed in the Grab Capsule.
  11. Customer will then take the "printed prize" to Customer Service Desk to claim the actual prize.
  12. Prize must be marked recorded on the register that it has been issued to a winning customer.
  13. $30 purchase excludes all gift cards, mobile phone top-ups or bills, cash-out, Layby instalment (except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Offer Period), and Lotto receipts from New World Metro. 
  14. The ‘grabbed prize of a Shore City Gift Card has the normal validity of 12 months and are valid to use at any participating Shore City retailer.
  15. Once stock is exhausted the promotion will conclude.
  16. The Promoter, the owners and managers of Shore City and their employees and contractors; participating retailers and their Shore City employees, contractors, and their immediate families; or any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter and Shore City Shopping Centre are not eligible to enter.
  17. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
  18. Entries - receipts will not be accepted by mail.
  19. The Shore City Gift Cards and other voucher prizes or prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable and is non-transferable.
  20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a variation in the value of the Prizes or the suitability of the gift for its intended purpose and the customer accepts the gift on an as is basis.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
  22. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury that may arise in any way from the use of the gifts or the conduct of the promotion. The customer must, on demand, indemnify and keep indemnified, the promoter, its subsidiaries, employees, advisers and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses reasonably or lawfully suffered or incurred by the Promoter due to any loss, damage or arising out of this Promotion.
  23. The Promoter agrees to keep all personal details confidential obtained by the Promotion during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used by the Promoter only.
  24. Under the Privacy Act we must tell you when we collect personal information about you and how we will use it. The Promoter will collect and use the personal information you have provided for carrying out this competition and for advertising Shore City.
  25. The distribution of the Shore City Gift Cards and prizes is at the discretion of Shore City Management and no further correspondence will be entered into.
